| 摘 要： | 本文客观分析了在不断发展的计算机网络环境下我国信息安全的现状，有针对性地提出并论述了从四个方面来构建信息安全防范体系的策略模式和实现方法。即：认知是前提；技术是关键；法规是保证；产业化是发展的动力。
