提升文化软实力 推动福建高速公路事业可持续发展

目前，越来越多的学者开始将软实力理论应用于企业管理领域，而结合当前的宏观形势，不断探索企业可持续发展之路是人类、自然和社会发展所共同需要的。本文结合福建省高速公路企业的发展实际，力图在可持续发展观指导下，进行文化软实力的理论研究与实践探索，从加强企业文化建设、整合资源优势、实现软硬实力的共同提升，构建以人为本、文明和谐服务品牌等方面人手，力求打造一种新型、全面和可持续的企业发展路径。

Promoting Soft Power of Culture and Impeling Sustainable Development of Fujian Highway Enterprise

At present, more and more scholars start to apply the soft power theory in the domain of business management. But consid- ering the current macroscopic situation, the unceasing exploration of the enterprise sustainable development meets the commom need of the developments of human,the nature and the social. Under the instruction the sustainable development view, unifying the real develop- ment of the Fujian highway enterprise,this article carries on the fundamental research and the practical exploration of the soft power, in the aspects of the enhancement enterprise culture construction, the conformity the resource advantage, the promotion of the soft power and hard power, the construction of harmonious civilized service brand which takes people as the foremost, to make a new way for the compre- hensive and sustainable enterprise＇s development.
