对于学分制教学计划管理模式的分析探讨

近年，成人高等教育的发展越来越偏向大众化，更多的人选择了成人教育这一学习模式。在新形势下，成人教育有着广阔的发展前景，但公众对成人教育的质量提出了更高的要求，而影响教育质量的因素之一是教学计划管理模式。本文通过对目前成人教育教学计划管理模式存在的不足之处进行分析，探讨与教学改革相适应的、科学的、规范的成人教育教学管理模式，为开放教育完全学分制和自主选课的实现打下坚实的基础。
