| 摘 要： | 社会转型与产业结构调整要求劳动力智能升级和技术教育层次高移。在社会对人才多样化需求下，地方性本科高校落实应用型目标定位必须坚持二个面向：一是面向职场规范人才规格要求：“坚实”掌握理论的知识；突出生产一线实践能力结构；强调内化职业素质。二是面向本科技术教育：提炼和转化专业理论知识，突出实践教学环节，完善应用型人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Social transformation and industrial restructuring require the smart upgrade in labor force and high level shift in technical education. Because of the diverse needs of the talents, the local college must adhere to the two directions when implementing the applied targets. One is to face the talent specification in workplace, including solid grasp of the theoretical knowledge, outstanding practical ability of the production line structure and the professional quality and the other is to face the technical education in university, including refin- ing and transforming the professional theoretical knowledge, highlighting the practical teaching and Improving the training mode applied talents. |
