| 摘 要： | 区域经济发展是一个动态的过程。对区域经济发展水平进行综合评价，可以了解区域经济发展状况。运用基于主成分分析的时序动态综合评价方法，对2001年到2010年期间南平区域经济发展水平和经济发展速度进行了动态综合评价。结果表明，南平经济综合实力持续上升，“十一五”时期经济取得长足发展；在两个“五年计划”的开局几年，区域经济发展速度较快，为实现预定目标打下了良好基础。

| Abstract: | Regional economic development is a dynamic process. A comprehensive evaluation of the regional economic can under- stand the present situation better. The dynamic comprehensive evaluation in Nanping from two angles of level and speed of economic development from 2000 to 2010 is described by means of time series analysis and all-around PCA. The result has shown that comprehensive economic strength continues to rise ,the economy has developed rapidly during ＂1 lth Five-Year Plan＂ ;regional economy developed more quickly during the first few years beth of ＂two five-year plan＂ ,which built the good foundation for the realization predetermined target. |
