| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育作为一种新型教育模式，对于开展我国大众化，终身化教育具有里程碑式的进步意义。体育教育因其自身教学特点，对现代远程教育技术提出了更高的要求。本文根据现代远程教育的技术特点，对不同体育教学内容进行分析，选择出最适合远程教育的部分。对体育远程教育的课程设置提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | Modern long-distance education, as a new type of educational mode, has progressive significance as a milestone for our country to develop popular and lifelong education. Physical education raises a higher requirement for modern long-distance education because of its own educational features. In this article, the writer will make an analysis of different contents in physical education and select those parts that are most suitable for long-distance education according to the technical features of modern long-distance education, and make some suggestion on the course arrangement in long-distance physical education. |
