| Abstract: | In aging society,the elderly recurrent education provided by the Institute of Technology is important but faces with lots of troubles.The suggestions for getting rid of the troubles includes having professional manpower in the administration,offering flexible entrance qualification,designing multiple courses,teaching materials and teaching environment according to the characteristics of elderly learners. |
