健身操培养高校学生创新能力的教学研究

摘    要:为了培养大学生的自我锻炼能力和创新能力,文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和教学实验法等,通过对高校健身操课不同教学模式的教学实验研究,充分发挥学生在学习过程中的主体性,实验结果表明,学生不同程度地掌握了创编适合自己的健身操的技能,提高了自我体育锻炼的能力。

Abstract:For training undergraduate students' innovative capacity themselves, A new teaching pattern-Innovative Teaching Pattern in body mechanics teaching is developed through data reviewing, questionnaire and teaching experiments. Based on the experiment research of different teaching patterns of body mechanics teaching in higher schools, the pattern let student play main role to cultivate interests on body mechanics, improve relative innovative ability to create their own body mechanics and enhance their capacity to excise life-long.
