| 摘 要： | 学生的学业不良、社交困难，一直是教育界和心理界关注的热点，而习得性无助正是这类学生的一种普遍倾向。探讨习得性无助的形成、表现及其治疗，有利于教师理解习得性无助学生，从而帮助其克服这种障碍。
