正常青年人步态时空和运动学参数的可靠性分析

摘    要:目的:对正常青年人步态的时空及运动学参数进行可靠性分析,确定步态参数的最佳测试次数,为步态测试次数的标准化提供依据.方法:利用三维运动捕捉系统采集35例正常青年人的步态时空及运动学参数;利用组内相关系数(ICC)对步态参数进行可靠性分析.结果:重复测试4次,正常青年人时空各参数的ICC值均达到0.9以上;重复测试6次,正常青年人运动学各参数的ICC值均达到0.9以上.结论:1)正常青年人每次测试取一个步态周期、重复测试4次能使时空参数达到较高的可靠性;2)同样条件下,正常青年人需要重复测试6次能使运动学参数达到较高的可靠性;3)正常青年人的时空参数的可靠性高于运动学参数.

Abstract:Objective:By reliability analysis of gait temporal-spatial and kinematic parameters of normal youth,we can identify the best test times of gait parameters and provide evidence for standardization of gait test times.Methods:Three-dimensional motion capture system can collect gait temporal-spatial and kinematic parameters of 35 normal young people,and use intra-class correlation coefficients(ICC) to carry out reliability analysis.Results:After tested 4 times repeatedly,the ICC of gait temporal-spatial parameters of normal young people can reach beyond 0.9.After tested 6 times repeatedly,the ICC of gait kinematic parameters of normal young people can reach beyond 0.9.Conclusions:1) After tested 4 times and once for one gait cycle,temporal-spatial parameters of normal young people can reach higher reliability;2) Under the same condition,normal young people need to be tested 6 times to reach higher reliability of kinematic parameters;3) The reliability of gait temporal-spatial parameters of normal young are higher than that of gait kinematic parameters.
