上虞市市区中学耐久跑教学的现状调查与分析

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对上虞市市区中学的耐久跑教学现状进行调查.结果显示上虞市市区中学的学生对耐久跑的态度及达标状况等不理想.建议学生多进行耐久跑练习,同时教师也应改进教学方法.

The Investigation And Analysis Of Current Situation Of Middle School Lasting Running Teaching In Shangyu City

Using documentary datum method, questionary investigation method and etc., current condition of lasting running teaching in middle school in Shangyu city is investigated and analysed. It indicates that the middle school students should run frequently in order to improve endurance quality. But in the course of actual teaching, exercise is so dull and it needs long time and more energy. With the improvement of the social living standard, the ability of students bearing hardships is weakened day by day. The dull training content makes students produce avoiding psychology in running exercise; furthermore teacher's dull teaching method is the reason why students are afraid of running.
