摘    要:In this paper,the relationship between the time-dependent solutions andsteady-state solutions of the semiconductor equations affected by magnetic field isconsidered.A decay estimate between the time-dependent solutions and steady-statesolutions is proved by a series of estimetes on the solutions under some conditions.
