| 摘 要： | 在高职电子商务专业实践教学改革中，通过对教学过程的柔性化设计，建立工学交替模式，可以较好实现因材施教，“精细化”培养的目标。该模式包括组建基于职业倾向测试的学习团队，设计基于学习团队分布式工学交替实践教学体系，及开发为分布式工学交替提供支撑的实习基地三个主要部分。
