| Abstract: | Problems faced with higher vocational colleges include ：low mental outlook ,inexact learning attitude ,inaccurate managing mechanism ,unharmonious interpersonal relationship ,etc .Higher vocational class construction should be in accordance with its talent cultivation goals and aimed at solving the above problems in the following six aspects ：rule regulation ,class spirits exploration ,thoughts reflection ,team building ,content and form construction . |
