高校体育系师资队伍建设的实例研究

华南师范大学体育系在师资队伍建设中审时度世“力达高标”的指导思想，使其培养的人才能够不断适应时代发展的需要；“突出重点”的政策，使其队伍建设在有限的条件下能够得到迅速而有明显成效的发展；“优势互补”的合理人才组合，解决了“一山不能容二虎”传统观念带来的种种问题，使体育系有良好的“生存环境”迎纳和培养更多的优秀人才。

Research on the teachers rank establishment in higher education school

Taking as an example the establishment of teachers rank in the physical education dept.of South China Normal University,the paper made a deep study of its successful experience and found out its short comings,and also in this thesis,presented her suggestions on how to promote the set-up of the teachers rank in the higher education school of China.
