| 摘 要： | “人权派”是２０世纪３０年代初出现的一个政治派别。它们针对国民党的专制统治,提出了“保障人权”和“思想言论自由”的主张,在当时社会产生了较大的影响。本文试对“人权派”的政治主张及其所起的作用予以实事求是的评价。

| Abstract: | Human right faction" was a politics faction in 20th thirty era, they put foward ensuring some advocate of "human right" and "freed of speech", they proudced bigger influence on society. This article hope to evaluate politicle advocate and its influence of human right faction by seeking truth from facts. |
