| 摘 要： | 以严治校是胡瑗教育管理的重要特色之一。一方面胡瑗以礼治教，以礼治学，用严格的礼制来规范学生的行为；另一方面胡瑗科条备具，严立规矩，制定了严格的学校管理制度对学生的行为加以约束，并写有著名的《学政条约》，为宋代及日后最高学府的管理提供了准则。当然，胡瑗的“严”并不否认对学生的关心，他把“严”与“爱”结合起来，收到了良好的教育效果。

On Hu Yuan's Complete System of Etiquettes and His Strict Management of School |

| Abstract: | Strict management of school is one of the prominent features of Hu Yuan＇s education management. Hu Yuan managed teaching and learning with etiquettes, i.e. regulated students with strict codes of behavior. Moreover, Hu Yuan stipulated a complete and rigorous system of etiquettes and disciplined students＇ conduct with strict school regulations. His famous Scholar Protocol provides managing principles for the supreme education institute in the Song Dynasty and the ones thereafter. However, Hu Yuan＇s ＂strictness＂ does not deny his care of students. He combined ＂strictness＂ with ＂love＂ and achieved favorable educational results. |
