| 摘 要： | 高职院校毕业生整体素质的高低，与他们所受的职业道德教育密不可分。职业道德教育既是一种知识构架，又是一种行为锻造。因此，在重视理论知识传授的同时，我们更应重视对学生进行职业道德实践的训练。

| Abstract: | The level of the overall quality of grduates from vocational instutions and the professional ethics education which thdy receive are inseparable. The professional ethics education not only is one kind of knowledge skeleton, also is one behavior forging. Therefore, while taking the theory knowledge instruction, we should pay more attention（or：attach more importantance） to the students in the practice of ethics training. The unity of knowledge and practice is the key of the professionak ethics education of vocational institutions. |
