中长跑速度力量训练的探讨

摘    要:中长跑的核心之一是速度,没有速度就不会有优异的成绩,而要提高速度,增强速度力量是关键措施之一.本文从运动训练学角度,结合自身带队训练实践,较全面地分析了中长跑运动员速度力量训练的重要性..并针对在速度力量训练中易出现的问题进行简要的总结。

Abstract:One of the cores of long and middle distance running is speed. Without speed, there is no elite performance. The key to improve speed is to promote the speed strength. This paper, from the angle of exercise training, combining with the experience of training team, makes comprehensive analysis on importance of speed strength training of long and middle distance athletes. Based on existing problems some summarization are made.
