| 摘 要： | 技术造福人类的同时，也产生了一系列社会伦理问题，面对技术的负面效应，出现了对技术怀疑，批判的技术悲观论，技术悲观论启示，引导人们对技术进行伦理反思，揭示技术中的伦理价值，寻求技术与伦理的统一，实现伦理对技术的制约。

| Abstract: | Technology brings about various kinds of social ethic problems as it brings benefits to human beings and thus a kind of pessimism for technology comes out with its negative effect, which questions and criticizes technology. The inspiration from this phenomenon makes people reflect on the morality of technology, discover the value of it, find out the unity of both, and finally restrict technology by ethics. |
