振兴教育事业,实施科教兴国战略,要解决办学经费不足的问题。按照政府提出的方针政策,根据河北职工大学发展的历史轨迹,本文提出一种崭新的办学模式,即办学主体确定为国有民办公助股份制教育产业,并就其必要性和可行性展开讨论。

Studies on the Continuous Developing Plan of Our University

To vitalize edueation, and to enforce the stratagy of "Science and education strengthenthe country", we must solve the problem of lack of money. According to the general and specificpolicies by the government, in the light of the developing history of Hebei Staff and workers University the paper provides us with a completely new model of running schools, that we define themain schooling body as a stocked property which is owned by the country, run by the local people,and subsidied by the state, and also gives us a discussion on its neccesity and feasibility
