影响城市化的相关因素比较研究——以山西为例

经济发展水平、工业化和服务业是影响城市化进程的三个主要因素。本文以山西为例通过实证研究论证三者与城市化之间关系,认为我国城市化稍低于经济发展水平,不存在过大的偏差;城市化前期的主要推动力量是工业化,到了中后期,工业产值比重和就业人口比重,不再上升,甚至会下降,这时城市化的主要推动力量是服务业,而与城市化的相关性更大的是服务业的就业人口比重,就业结构一般会滞后于产值结构。所以,促进城市化要大力发展服务业,提高服务业的就业人口。

A Compared Study of Factors Affecting the Process of Urbanization——Based on Shan Xi Province

The development of economy,industrialization and servicing businesses are three main factors affecting the progress of Urbanization.The article will study the relationship of these and Urbanization.Study enunciates that there has not obvious inconformity between Urbanization and level of economy,and Urbanization is little low than development of economy.Process of Urbanization was pushed main by industrialization in the beginning stage,but was pulled main by servicing businesses in the afterwards stage,Because industry production and industry employment will no longer rise,even will descend.In this process,related coefficient between Urbanization and servicing businesses employment is more than servicing businesses production,because employment structure usually is behind of Production structure.Urbanization should be promoted by developing servicing businesses,raising the employment population of the servicing business.
