有效课堂教学的理性思考

摘    要:本文借鉴生态学的理论和方法对课堂教学现象进行研究,明确提出:课堂教学是所有教学活动中最能展示科学性与人文性的环节,有效的课堂教学必须强调教师人格力量的引导;教师要做好与学生的沟通交流与融合工作。在整个课堂教学活动过程中,教师必须对自己的角色有一个正确的定位,必须学会反思。

Abstract:By using theories and methods of ecology for reference, this essay conducts research on phenomena of classroom teaching and clearly defines that, classroom teaching is the best link, among all the teaching activities, to demonstrate scientificalness and humanism, effective classroom teaching must emphasize the guidance of teachers' personality power, and teachers should do a good job of communicating and exchanging ideas with students and thus to achieve a harmonious teacherstudent relationship. In the whole process of classroom teaching, teachers do need to have the proper orientation of their roles, and they have to learn to introspect.
