| 摘 要： | 本文重点论述了中国实施"走出去"战略过程中的政府职能定位问题。文章认为中国政府在实施"走出去"战略过程中完全可以也应该以其掌握的资源为基础发挥其他主体无法替代的整合资源的作用,提出中国在实施"走出去"战略过程中的职能定位观点,即应定位于最大限度地发挥企业"走出去"的战略整合优势,最周到地服务于企业对外直接投资活动上。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on government function positioning in China when implementing its "go global" strategy. The author believes that Chinese government should play an irreplaceable role in integrating resources based on the resources it possessed. Chinese government should be positioned in maximum employment of integrated advantages of companies' "go global" strategy and offering complete services for companies in abroad direct investment activities. |
