A型肉毒毒素咬肌多点注射联合颊脂垫吸除瘦脸术

目的:探讨一种治疗下颌骨无明显肥大的胖圆脸的微创瘦脸方法。方法:采用A型肉毒毒素定点定量向肥大的咬肌内注射,使咬肌均匀萎缩变薄;同时经口内入路吸除双侧颊脂垫。结果:临床治疗49例一月后均能获得良好的瘦面效果,经6~18个月的随访,效果稳定。结论:A型肉毒毒素咬肌多点注射联合颊脂垫吸除瘦脸术,具有操作简单、创伤较轻、恢复较快、安全有效等特点,比单一的治疗方法效果更好、更稳定。

Face Thinning Technique of Buccal Fat Lining Aspiration Combined with Multi - point Musculus Masseter Injection of Type A Botulinum Toxin

Objective To explore a microinvasive face thinning to treat fat without significant overgrowth of lower jaw bone.Methods Adopt type A botulinum toxin to inject in hypertrophy musculus masseter at fixed points and quantity,making musculus masseter atrophic and thinning evenly;Meanwhile,aspirate buccal fat lining of both cheeks through oral route.Results 49 clinical cases got satisfactory face thinning results after 1 month treatment.Following up for 6-18 months shows that the effect is stable.Conclusion Face thinning technique of buccal fat lining aspiration combined with multi-point musculus masseter injection of type A botulinum toxin is simple to operate,mild in injury,quick in recovery,safe and effective.It is better and more stable than single treatment.
