| 摘 要： | 在当代妇女广泛就业的世界性潮流中,职业妇女普遍面临社会角色和家庭角色的冲突,缓解角色冲突问题已经引起各方面的关注.本文就这一问题进行了初步的分析和研究,描述了双重角色冲突现状和影响,提出了解决和缓解这种冲突的相应对策.
