摘    要:反思“科研兴校”诸种负面现象,分析校本教学研究的三大基本特征,即教师要立足课堂、面向学生并珍视经验、注重反思,强调要优化教师的研究意识、理论意识和对话意识,努力具备实验能力、撰写能力和网络能力,重视校长和专家在校本教研制度建设中的作用。

Abstract:Considering the various negative phenomena of the school prosperity by scientific research, the paper analyzes three basic features of school-orientated teaching and research. That is: The teacher should base himself upon the classroom, face his students, value his experience and introspection. It is important to emphasize on the improvement of the teacher's consciousness of research, consciousness of theory and consciousness of conversation, and try to obtain the ability of experiment, the ability of writing and the ability of network. Great attention should be paid to the roles of the headmaster and expert in the construction of the school-orientated teaching and research system.
