| 摘 要： | 区域可持续发展中的资源、环境、经济、社会等诸多要素所构成的复合巨系统,具有区域性、复杂性、非线性、开放性、动态性等特点.因此,在对河北省可持续发展分析与评价中要综合考虑各个要素之间的相互关系,既要考虑其普遍性特点,又要结合省情特点及发展规律,在建立数学模型的基础上,采取定性与定量相结合的方法,对全省可持续发展做出评价,并提出相应对策.

| Abstract: | The compound system formed by resources,environment,economy,society,etc.in the regional development is characterized by its regional feature,complexity,opening up,mobility,etc.In order to make a scientifit evaluation and to find corresponding measures of the sustained development in Hebei,we should attach importance not only to the universality but to the particularity,and combine fixed nature with fixed quantity on the basis of mathematics model. |
