摘 要: | 情绪智力属于能力范畴,可以通过训练而提高,青少年时期是训练和培养情绪智力的关键时期。较高水平的情绪智力,能提高学习的质量,增强学习主动性,有助于建立良好的人际关系,提高综合能力。培养学生情绪智力的方法主要有:提高教师的情绪智力水平,注重情绪智力课程的开发,营造和谐的家庭氛围以及培养乐观向上的态度。

Abstract: | Falling into the category of capability,emotional intellect can be enhanced through training.Adolescent is a key period for training and cultivating emotional intellect.A high level of emotional intellect can enhance the quality of study,reinforce the initiatives in studies,promote the establishment of a desirable interpersonal relationship,as well as enhance the overall capability.The methods for training students' emotional intellect include: enhancing the level of emotional intellect of teachers;paying attention to the development of the courses of emotional intellect,building a harmonious household atmosphere and cultivating students' optimistic and enterprising spirit. |
