| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外优秀男子铁饼运动员 6项身体训练指标数据的对比分析 ,了解到我国优秀男子铁饼运动员的立定跳远、抓举、高翻等 3项素质与国外优秀运动员相比 ,存在明显的差距 ,而另 3项指标差距不明显 .立定跳远、抓举、高翻与专项成绩的关系较为密切 ,训练中应注意这 3项素质指标的提高 .

| Abstract: | The contrast and analysis of the statistical result of the six physical quality index of domestic and foreign excellent discus players show that three qualities such as standing long jump,snatch ,and high somersault of our domestic men's discus players have apparent shortcomings , compared with those of foreign ones;the other three don't look apparent.However ,the first three qualities relate closely to specialized events.So in training,these three quality index should be paid attention to and put forward to. |
