利用混合学习模式提升教师信息化教学能力的研究

摘    要:为了快速提高职业学校教师的信息化教学能力,促进其专业发展,教育技术培训日益受到重视,但教育技术培训中存在培训模式和方法单一、培训受益面有限等问题。理论探究和培训实践表明混合学习模式是解决这些问题的有效方式。基于混合学习模式的教育技术培训过程可以划分为准备、实施和评价三个阶段,在培训过程中,还需要特别处理好五大辩证关系:讲授与探究、课堂与网络、理论与实践、自主与协作、过程与结果。

Abstract:Educational technology training(ETT) is increasingly concerned in vocational school in order to quickly improve school teachers’ informationalized teaching ability and professional development. But there are some problems during ETT,such as single mode of training and limited benefited range. Theory study and practice of ETT shows that blending learning model is an effective means to solve these problems. The process of ETT based blending learning model can be divided into three stages,namely,preparation,implementation and evaluation. Five kinds of dialectical relationship should be takes care in these processes,which include teaching and inquiry,classroom and network,theory and practice,Autonomy and cooperation,process and conclusion.
