图书馆个性化分层服务研究

网络的不断发展带来海量信息。人们在面对庞杂无序的信息资源时，感到孤立无援。图书馆面对这一客观现实，要保持头脑的冷静，开发新的服务方式即个性化服务。本文从个性化服务的内涵入手，阐述了个性化服务发展的方向，提出个性化服务发展的三个层次及在分层服务中应注意的问题，并列举出一个个性化服务的实用方案。

Library individuality lamination service research

Network unceasing development brings the magnanimous information, when facing numerous and disorderly information resources, people would feel isolated. The library must maintain calmly to this reality, and develop new service method - individuality service. On the base of individuality service connotation, this paper elaborates the development direction of individuality service, proposes three levels of the individuality service development and questions which should note in the lamination service. At the end of this paper, two practical plans about individuality service was compounded.
