| Abstract: | Newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course are running a school idea,condition for running a school,professional foundation,teaching management,teachers' level,students' quality are all having inadequate natural endowment.The teaching level of the undergraduate course of Ministry of Education is assessed,become direct external pressure and motive force of its development,how to assess and turn into the constant development means of the school,but the key task in management of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course. |
