| 摘 要： | 美国小企业是推动美国经济发展的重要力量，在其社会经济生活中扮演重要角色。美国政府对发展小企业不但从立法上保障、服务上帮助，而且通过有效的财政政策、税收政策、金属政策等方面给予切实的扶持，很有借鉴作用。
