鼻肠管用于急性重症胰腺炎患者肠内营养的临床护理体会

目的探讨对急性重症胰腺炎患者应用鼻肠管进行肠内营养的作用。方法收治确诊为急性重症胰腺炎的20例患者，入院3-5天均经鼻置入鼻肠管实施肠内营养，并进行针对性个性化护理，严密观察病情变化。结果肠内营养18例，2例并发ARDS后死亡，营养时间10—14天，出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛15例，经对症处理均能忍受，1例因不能耐受将肠内营养改为胃肠外营养，2例伴假性囊肿带管出院。结论急性重症胰腺炎患者应用鼻肠管进行肠内营养不仅有助于保持患者肠粘膜的结构和功能的完整性，还有助于胰腺自身的修护。故给予患者实施肠内营养时，合适时机的把握、营养制剂的选择、输注方式及适时护理等皆对SAP患者治疗的效果及并发症的出现有很大影响。
