教师素质的范畴和结构探析

摘    要:教师作为一种职业,对其素质的认识应以教师“教书育人”这一根本的职责或任务为前提;由于对“教书育人”的理解不同,人们对教师素质的认识也存在差别。为此,有必要抽象出教师的素质范畴,教师素质是一个复杂的综合结构,其中,每个范畴各自的基本内涵分别相对独立地构成一个多方面、多层面的结构;而不同的素质范畴之间则构成一个有机统一的、整体的结构体系。

Abstract:The knowledge of teacher quality should take a teacher's fundamental duty or task,that is,“teaching school and cultivating people”,as its precondition.Owing to different understandings of the duty,people's knowledge of teacher quality is quite different with each other.As a result,it is necessary to generalize the concept of teacher quality so as to provide a relatively uniform framework for people's effective recognition of teacher quality.The teacher quality possesses a complicated and multi-level hut integral structure.
