葡萄糖转运体4、肌纤维类型和运动的关系

摘    要:运动影响肌球蛋白不同异构体的表达,体力活动下降导致肌纤维构成向快的肌球蛋白异构体转变。骨骼肌中葡萄糖转运体4(GLUT4)是协助葡萄糖转运的主要蛋白质,在慢肌中的含量要高于快肌纤维,而运动增加GLUT4的表达。运动中GLUT4表达与肌纤维类型转变之间可能存在着一定的联系,其主要调节因素都是运动。

Abstract:The expression of different myosin isoforms is affected by exercise.A decrease in activity level will in most cases change the muscle fibre composition towards faster myosin isoforms.The glucose transporter protein 4(GLUT4),the main protein which help glucose transporting into muscle in skeletal muscle,is found in larger amounts in slow muscle fibres compared with fast muscle fibres.An increase in activity level will increase the GLUT4 protein expression.Thus,there seems to be some kind of relationship between the muscle fibre type and GLUT4.The main factor regulating both the GLUT4 protein expression and the muscle fibre composition seems to be the activity level of the muscle fibre.
