试论主体性与社会化相结合的思想政治教育

人的发展从对人的、物的依赖关系发展到自由个性阶段,人的主体性生长随之经历一个由弱到强、由局部人的主体性到多数人的主体性的过程.市场经济条件下的自主性是伴随着人的社会性的新发展,是主体性与社会化的辩证统一,社会进步与人的发展具有一种同构关系,人们必须破除一切依附关系和依附观念,增强自主观念和自主能力,按照自己的意志和愿望,自主地从事生产经营和市场交换,人的发展反过来又促进社会的进步,两者之间是相互依赖、相互促进的.可教育性与发展形成了一种因果关系,受教育者的成长过程不能脱离社会需要孤立地发展.因此,在构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大历史进程中,思想政治教育要提高实效性,必须确立主体性与社会化相结合的思想政治教育理念.

On the Subjective and Socializing Ideological and Political Education

Mankind develops from the relationship of depending on mankind itself,depending on material to the stage of free individuality,along with which the development of mankind's subjective goes through the course from weakness to strengthen,from partial subjective to majority subjective.The subjective on condition of market-oriented economy is the new development in company with mankind's socializing,subjective and socializing are the relationship of dialectical unity.Meanwhile,social advancement and mankind's progress have a relationship of synchronizing,people must do away with all dependent relationships and ideas,build up self-directed concept and ability,act after one's own will and wish,go self-directly in for manufacturing,managing and exchanging.Mankind's development in turn promotes social progress,both sides are mutual independent and mutual accelerated,educative and development form a relationship of causality,and the development of educated targets' growth cannot isolate from social needs.Therefore,in the great course of constructing harmonious society,if we want to heighten the practical results of ideological and political education,we must set up the idea of subjective and socializing ideological and political education.
