| 摘 要： | 国有企业实行全员劳动合同制，加强和完善劳动合同管理，应从加强劳动法律、法规和劳动合同管理重要性的宣传教育；进一步完善劳动合同管理体系建设；“把好一个关、抓好四个环节”；加强合同管理的监督检查；明确专人，落实责任；加强交流和培训等方面进行。
