摘    要:激励机制是现代企业管理中一个不可缺少的运行机制,其根本目的是充分开发人力资源,正确诱导员工工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要。当今世界,管理、科学、技术成为社会发展的三大支柱,其中管理尤其受到人们的青睐,而管理的主要内容从一定程度讲,就是调动企业劳动者的积极性、主动性和创造性。

Abstract:Encouraging mechanism is an essential mechanism in modern business management. Its basic purpose are to develop human resources well, to guide the staffs' working motivation correctly, in addition, to make them satisfy their own needs while to achieve their organizational aims. In the modern world, management, science and technology are becoming the three mainstays of the development of the society, in which management is specially paid closed attention to. However, to some extent, the main substances of management are to stimulate employees' enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
