对高师院校教育管理专业课程建设的再思考

摘    要:目前,我国部分高等师范院校已经设置了教育管理专业(又称为公共事业管理专业)。这一专业的开设适应了时代发展的要求,产生了积极的影响;但其课程设置本身还存在一些问题,具体表现在:专业课程结构不合理,必修课程与选修课程比例不协调;实践课程缺乏连续性且过分集中,师范性相对不足等。本文分析造成这些问题的原因,并在此基础上提出一些建议。

Abstract:At present, some normal universities in China have set up a professional management education (also known as a professional management of public utilities), the opening of this profession adapting the time development request, has had a positive influence, but its curriculum itself also has some problems, concrete manifestation in: The special course structure is unreasonable, neither the special course structure nor the ratio of the compulsory courses to the elective courses is reasonable; and the practice curriculum deficient continuity is over-concentration, the pedagogical characteristic is insufficient, and so on. This article analyzed the reason which has created these problems, and put forward some proposals,in order to realizes the education managemengt course to construct the optimization.
