| 摘 要： | 日常生活中,处理协调好人际关系是每个人都不能回避的问题。对体育教师来说,恰当、合理、有效地处理协调好课堂上的人际关系,对提高教学质量及其效果是至关重要的。本文对此进行了初步探讨。

It's very important to deal wth the interpersonal relation in class properly, cooperatively, reasonably and effectively for teachers of physical education to improve the quality and the effect of teaching and studying.
