| 摘 要： | 当前我国的高职教育飞速发展，高职生数量不断增加，随之而来的高职毕业生就业压力也会越来越大。本文从高职英语教学的现状出发，分析了影响高职英语教学的主要因素，并结合实际，以就业为导向，以市场需求为目标，提出了高职英语教学的改革措施和方向。
