| Abstract: | The development of Qingdao tourism industry requires highly skilled professionals of good practical ability.This article puts forward educational strategies on higher vocational tourism management major based on the analyses on the total demand,specifications,key issues of Qingdao tourism industry's human resources and the comments on the graduates of tourism management major from the enterprises. |
