海绵窦解剖的研究进展

海绵窦位于颅中窝垂体的两侧，解剖结构十分复杂，长期以来无论对其概念还是形态学，研究上一直存在不少争议。目前，大多数学者认为海绵窦既不是静脉窦，也不是静脉囊，而是静脉丛。而且鞍旁结构（1SC）这一名字逐渐被研究人员认可为更适合来描述这一结构。随着显微技术的普遍应用和颅底外科走向成熟，对海绵窦解剖的研究更加深入细致。文章通过对海绵窦的概念，海绵窦的壁与膜，海绵窦段颅神经及其走行，海绵窦与颈内动脉等方面的文献进行综述，对以往的问题及争议进行了总结和探讨。

Advances in Research about the Anatomy of Cavernous Sinus

The cavernous sinus （CS） is located at the lateral part of the sella turcica. The anatomical structure of the CS is very complex . For a long time, it has been controversy on the concept of the CS and its morphologic structure in scentific research. For the moment, most of the papers are in favor of the view that the cavernous sinus is a venous plexus instead of a venous sinus or venous capsule, and prefer to use lateral sellar compartment to describe this structure. The anatomical researches have reached a micro level with the development of microsurgical anatomy and its technology. This article sums up the papers that are related with this subject and gives a summery on the concept , the wall and exterior dura , the lacune , the cranial nerves and their blood supply , internal carotid artery of CS.
