| 摘 要： | 涪陵榨菜历经百年特别是近二、三十年的发展,实现了产业化经营,优化了农村经济结构,增加了农民收入,为统筹城乡发展做出了积极贡献。但是,涪陵榨菜还存在一些突出的问题,解决好这些问题,对于促进涪陵榨菜产业良性发展,进一步推动城乡统筹发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。要从体制机制、新产品开发、加工工艺、市场营销、品牌建设、规模经营等方面下功夫;从政策、资金、技术、人才等方面大力支持;优化榨菜产业发展环境。
