| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是重大的历史任务,是复杂的系统工程。农村实用人才既是社会主义新农村建设的重要人才基础,更是主力军。大力培养农村实用人才,是推进新农村建设的关键举措和当务之急。作者对涪陵农村实用人才进行调研和分析,提出了应对举措,推进农村改革新一轮发展。
