玻璃工艺实验教学模块的设计

玻璃行业的振兴需要一批高级应用型专业技术人才,给高等学院实验教学带来巨大的环境压力。通过探索实践,建立了玻璃工艺实验教学四个模块,即玻璃配合料制备模块、玻璃熔制成型退火模块、玻璃成品性能检测模块和玻璃缺陷分析模块,以满足＂回归工程＂的创新教育要求。

Design of Experimental Teaching Modules for the Course of Glass Technology

The revitalization of the glass industry requires high-quality engineering talents and applied professional talents,the experimental teaching of institute endures enormous environmental pressure. After having explored and practised,a four modules system of glass experimental teaching which meets innovative educational requirements of the ＂return project＂was established. It comprises the module on the glass batch preparation,the module on glass melting,forming and annealing,the module on glass product performance testing and the module on glass defect inspection.
