| 摘 要： | 通过对企业规章制度的涵义、特点、种类分析,建立健全规章制度的重要意义,规章制度与企业发展的关系,以及如何贯彻落实规章制度的措施等的阐述,旨在和同行共同探求、商榷,面对目前企业生产工作实际,如何使执行规章制度成为广大员工的自觉行动,不断提高执行力,促进企业持续稳定又好又快发展。
