| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱方法分析槐米、槐花及片剂中芦丁的含量．在所用实验条件下，测定的峰面积具良好的重现性，其相对标准偏差为1．44％，在所选浓度0．108～0．648mg／mL范围内的标准曲线具有良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9999，加标回收率为98．2％，表明该方法可用于槐树各部位及片剂中芦丁的含量测定．

| Abstract: | A reversed phase HPLC method for the separation and determination of rutin in Flos Sophorae is described. The calibration curves showed good linearity over the range of 0.108 - 0.648 mg/mL, r = 0.9999, the recovery is 98.2% for the rutin.The method is reproducible (RSD = 1.44%) and has been applied to the analysis of rutin in different parts of Sophora japonica L and in preparation. |
